As a seller’s agent, Janine showcases her homes on her website and utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with her clients’ selling needs. Janine specializes in helping clients prepare their home for a quick sale through established relationships with professional cleaners, landscapers, stagers, painters, designers, handymen, and inspectors. As a buyer’s agent, Janine commits herself to representing her client’s best interests from negotiating an offer to navigating the home inspection and repair process to monitoring the mortgage commitment process through to closing.
Reared in the Northeast but moving south for warmer weather over 20 years ago, Janine has a valuable combination of Southern charm and Northeastern tenacity. She likes to win (for her clients) but do so with a calm demeanor and a smile.
Janine earned her MBA from Plymouth State University and worked in multiple corporate settings in the retirement planning and employee benefit field for nearly twenty-five years. However, she desired a career change that allowed her entrepreneur spirit to shine through. She loves that real estate allows for schedule flexibility along with the opportunity to help others.
When she is not assisting real estate clients, Janine enjoys gardening, creating stained-glass windows and mosaics, beading as well as hiking and biking the gorgeous trail near her home.
